Creation of six additional benches of the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) - 07/2013 - Central Excise - Tariff

In exercise of the powers conferred under the Central Excise Act, 1944 , the Customs Act, 1962 and chapter V of the Finance Act, 1994 , the Central Government hereby notifies the creation of six additional benches of the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) including three at existing locations of New Delhi, Mumbai Chennai respectively and three new benches at Chandigarh, Allahabad Hyderabad respectively, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary).
