Noida Special Economic Zone, Noida-Assistant Development Commissioner and Section Officer (Accounts) Recruitment Amendment Rules, 2009 - G.S.R. 516(E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION 13/07/2009 G.S.R. 516(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution , the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Noida Special Economic Zone, Noida-Assistant Development Commissioner and Section Officer (Accounts) Recruitment Rules, 2003, namely;- 1. (1) These rules may be called the Noida Special Economic Zone, Noida-Assistant Development Commissioner and Section Officer (Accounts) Recruitment Amendment Rules, 2009. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Noida Special Economic Zone, Noida-Assistant Development Commissioner and Section Officer (Accounts) Recruitment Rules, 2003, in rule 5, after the words for reasons to recorded in writing , the words and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission shall be inserted.
