Amendment in the notification number S.O. 540(E), dated 10th April, 2007. - S.O. 1695 (E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION Dated 03/10/2008 S.O. 1695 (E) - The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 540(E), dated 10th April, 2007 , namely:- In the said notification, the total area, which is shown as 16 hectares may be replaced as 16.19 hectares .
