MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION dated 13 December 2006 S.O.2095(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 and after the grant of the letter of approval on the 13th July, 2006 under sub-section (10) of Section 3 of the said Act , to the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation for setting up of a Special Economic Zone for Electronic Hardware Technology Park/information technology enabled services, the Central Government, on being satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of Section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled, hereby notifies the following area of land, which is a part of Electronic City of the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation, situated in between the west side of 'K' Road and the western boundaries of Gandhinagar City, at Gandhinagar Electronic Estate, Gandhinagar District in the State of Gujarat comprising of 28 hectares of land, the description of the boundaries of which is given below, as Special Economic Zone, namely:- Boundaries North : Land of village Pethapur South : 45 metres wide road East : Land of village Kolavada West : Water Canal Sd/- Anil Mukim Joint Secretary to the Government of India
