Commencement Notification for sections 1 to 19, 25 to 30 and 42 to 58 of the Special Economic Zones Act 2005 - S.O. 196(E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 10th of February, 2006 S.O. 196 (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 10th day of February, 2006 as the date on which the following sections of the said Act shall come into force, namely:- (1) sections 1 to 19 (both inclusive); (2) sections 25 to 30 (both inclusive); (3) sections 42 to 58 (both inclusive).
