Amendment in Notification No.67/95-Central Excise, dated the 16th March, 1995 - Exemption to all capital goods and specified inputs if captively consumed within the factory of production - 19/2014 - Central Excise - Tariff

TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY, PART II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i)] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) Notification No. 19/2014-Central Excise New Delhi, dated the 11th July, 2014 G.S.R 450(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) , the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.67/95-Central Excise, dated the 16th March, 1995 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number G.S.R.259 (E), dated the 16th March, 1995 , namely:- In the said notification, in the TABLE, in column (2), for the existing entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:- All goods falling under the First Schedule to the Central Excise Tariff Act, 1985 (5 of 1986) .
