Seeks to amend Notification No.190/78 - Customs and Notification No. 191/78 - Customs both dated 22.9.1978 - 32/2015 - Customs -Tariff

[TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY, PART II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i)] Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Notification No. 32/2015 - Customs New Delhi, the 8th May, 2015 G.S.R. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be amended, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table, namely :- Table S. No. Notification number and date Amendments (1) (2) (3) 1. 190/78-Customs, dated the 22nd September, 1978 [G.S.R. 468(E), dated the 22nd September, 1978] In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words within Chapter 27 , the figures, letters and words under Heading 2710 shall be substituted. 2. 191/78-Customs, dated the 22nd September, 1978 [G.S.R. 469(E), dated the 22nd September, 1978] In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words within Chapter 27 , the figures, letters and words under Heading 2710 shall be substituted.
