Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority - S.O.1928(E). - Indian Law

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) ORDER New Delhi, the 13 th November, 2007 S.O.1928(E).- In exercise of powers conferred by the Section 6 of the Industries (Development Regulations) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), read with Rules 2,3,4 and 5 of the Development Council (Procedural) Rules 1952, the Central Government hereby appoints for a period of two years from the date of publication of this Order in the Official Gazette, the following persons to be the ex-officio Members of the Development Council for Printing including Litho Printing Industry, in place of members appointed under the Order of the Government Of India in the Ministry of Commerce Industry (Development of Industrial Policy Promotion) No. S.O.223(E) dated 21 st February, 2002, as amended from time to time, whose tenure of office has expired:- 1.
