Amendment to the Chartered Accountants (Election to the Council ) Rules, 2006 - F. No. 2/8/2010-PI - Companies Law

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25 th February, 2011 G.S.R.110(E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 29A read with sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949, (38 of 1949), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Chartered Accountants (Election to the Council) Rules, 2006, namely :- 1. (1) These rules may be called the Chartered Accountants (Election to the Council) (Amendment) Rules, 2011. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2.
