Notification regarding summer vacation, winter vacation in respect of DVAT Appellate Tribunal - No.F.1/ATVAT/Misc./2007/179 - Delhi Value Added Tax

GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI (APPELLATE TRIBUNAL VALUE ADDED TAX) No.F.1/ATVAT/Misc./2007/179 Dated : 9.5.2007 NOTIFICATION It is notified for the information of the general public and all concerned that the Delhi Value Added Tax Appellate Tribunal constituted under section 73 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005) shall observe the following Vacations during the English calendar year 2007:- 1. Summer Vacation from Friday, the 1 st June, 2007 to Friday, the 29 th June, 2007 (both days inclusive). 2. Winter Vacation from Monday, the 24 th December, 2007 to Monday, the 31st December, 2007 (both days inclusive). 3.
