Ports in the State of Maharashtra appointed to be coastal ports - 73 - Customs -Tariff

Notification No. 73 Dated 19/05/1973 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and all other powers hereunto enabling, the Central Government hereby appoints the ports situated in the State of Maharashtra specified in the Schedule annexed hereto the coastal ports for carrying on trade in coastal goods with all ports in India.
