Amendment in Notification No. S.O.2272(E) dated 22nd July, 2013 - S.O. 408(E) - Special Economic Zone

O. 408(E).- The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with subsection (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S. O. 2272 (E) dated 22 nd July, 2013, namely :- In the said notification, the entries at SI No.5 6 shall be substituted as under : 1 [ 5.
