NOTIFICATION DATED 10-8-2015 S.O. 2160(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 8 read with sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Competition Act, 2002 (12 of 2003), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Justice G. P. Mittal (Retired) as Member of the Competition Commission of India from the date of his assumption of charge of the post for a period of five years or till he attains the age of sixty-five years or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
