MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15 th June, 2005 G.S.R. 393(E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution the President hereby makes rules to amend the Kandla Special Economic Zone, Gandhidham (Group 'C' and 'D' posts) Recruitment Rules, 2001 under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, namely :- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Kandla Special Economic Zone, Gandhidham (Group 'C' and 'D' posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2005. 2. In the schedule annexed to the Kandla Special Economic Zone, Gandhidham (Group 'C' and 'D' posts) Recruitment Rules, 2001 against serial number 11 relating to the post of Jamadar and against serial number 13 relating to the post of Daftary, under column 4, for the existing entry, the following entry shall be substituted namely :- Rs. 2610-60-2910-65-3300-70-4000 .
