Central Government appoints Justice S. J. Mukhopadhaya, Judge (Retd.), Supreme Court of India as Chairperson, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal - S.O. 2320(E) - Companies Law

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 6th July, 2016 S.O. 2320(E) .-In exercise of powers conferred by section 410 of the Companies Act, 2013 , the Central Government hereby appoints Justice S. J. Mukhopadhaya, Judge (Retd.), Supreme Court of India as Chairperson, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal in the pay scale of Rs. 90,000/- (fixed) with effect from 1 st June, 2016 for a period of five years or till he attains the age of seventy years, whichever is earlier.
