Appoints the Special Public Prosecutor for Conducting Any Case or Class or Group of Cases. - S.O. 1718(E) - Prevention of Money-Laundering

Ministry Of Finance (Department of Revenue) Notification No. Dated 27-7-2012 S.O. 1718(E),- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 46 of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Darius Jehangir Khambata, Advocate General of the State of Maharashtra, as Special Public Prosecutor, for conducting any case or class or group of cases, arising under the said Act on behalf of the Enforcement Directorate in Special Courts established under sub-section (1) of section 43 of the said Act and before the High Court of Bombay.
