Amendment in Notification No. 12/2012-Cus dated 17.03.2012 - 63/2017 - Customs -Tariff

Rescinded vide Not.69/2017 - Dated 31-7-2017 GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) (CENTRAL BOARD OF EXCISE AND CUSTOMS) NOTIFICATION No. 63 /2017-Customs New Delhi, the 05th July, 2017 G.S.R. (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 12/2012-Customs, dated the 17th March, 2012, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 185(E), dated the 17th March, 2012 , namely:- In the said notification, in the table,- (i) Against serial number 146C (i), in column (3) in the entry, for the figures, letters and word 27th February, 2009 , the words, figures and letters the 19th July, 2012 shall be substituted; (ii) Against serial number 146C (ii), in column (3), in the entry, for the figures, letters and word 27th February, 2009 , the words, figures and letters the 19th July, 2012 , shall be substituted [F.No. DGEP/SEZ/3/2016] (Dharmvir Sharma) Under Secretary to the Government of India Note:- The principal notification No. 12/2012-Customs, dated the 17th March, 2012 was published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 185(E), dated the 17th March, 201 2 and last amended by notification No 20/2017-Customs dated the 16th May, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 474(E), dated 16th May, 2017.
