Appoints sections 13 to 31 of the said Act shall come into force. - MGST-1017/C.R.101(2)/Taxation-1. - Maharashtra SGSTExtract FINANCE DEPARTMENT Madam Cama Marg, Hutatma Rajguru Chowk, Mantralaya, Mumbai 400 032, dated the 29th June 2017. NOTIFICATION MAHARASHTRA GOODS AND SERVICES TAX RELATED LAWS (AMENDMENTS, VALIDATION AND SAVINGS) ACT, 2017. No. MGST.1017/CR 101(2) /Taxation-1.- In exercise of the powers conferred clause (b) of the sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Goods And Services Tax related laws (Amendments, Validation and savings) Act, 2017 (Mah. XLII of 2017), the Government of Maharashtra, hereby appoints the 1st July 2017 as the date on which the provisions of all the sections, except sections 13 to 31 of the said Act shall come into force.
