Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, appointing the date for certain provisions to come into force. - 01/2017 - Karnataka SGSTExtract FINANCE SECRETARIAT NOTIFICATION (01/2017) No. FD 47 CSL 2017, Bengaluru, dated: 28.06.2017 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Karnataka Act 27 0f 2017) , the Government of Karnataka hereby appoints the 28thday of June, 2017, as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 10 , 22 , 23 , 24 , 25 , 26 , 27 , 28 , 29 , 30 , 139 , 146 and 164 of the said Act shall come into force.
