Appointed date for sections wef 22-06-17 - G.O.Ms. No. 03/A1/CT/2017 - Puducherry SGSTExtract GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY COMMERCIAL TAXES SECRETARIAT G.O.Ms. No. 03/A1/CT/2017 Puducherry, dated 21.06.2017 ORDER: The following notification shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Government of Puducherry. NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 6 of 2017) , the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry is pleased to appoint the 22 nd day of June, 2017, as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 10 , 22 , 23 , 24 , 25 , 26 , 27 , 28 , 29 , 30 , 139 , 146 and 164 of the said Act shall come into force. 2.
