State wise jurisdiction to all the Officers appointed as Registring Authority. - Va Kar/GST/04/2017-S.O. 059 - Jharkhand SGSTExtract COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT ---------------- NOTIFICATION 27 JULY, 2017 S.O. 59- Dated- 27 JULY, 2017-- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 , 4 and 5 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Jharkhand Act 12, 2017) and in continuation of the Departmental Notification No. S.O. 30 dated 25th June, 2017 , the Governor of Jharkhand is pleased to allow State-wide jurisdiction to all the Officers appointed as Registering Approval Authority to exercise and perform the power and duties for granting registration. 2. This Notification shall be deemed to be effective from 25th June 2017.
