Territorial jurisdiction of areas of different Charges, Circles and other offices - 1078-F.T. - West Bengal SGST

GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT REVENUE NOTIFICATION No. 1078-F.T., the 21st day of June, 2017.- The Governor is pleased hereby to declare that the territorial jurisdiction of areas of different Charges, Circles, Large Tax Payers Unit (LTU), Information Systems Division, Data Analysis Wing, Central Audit Unit, Central Registration Unit, Central Refund Unit, STDS Cell, Central Section, Tax Recovery Office, Bureau of Investigation, Ranges, ITC Investigation Unit and other offices and the addresses of offices of such Charges, Circles, Large Tax Payers Unit (LTU), Information Systems Division, Data Analysis Wing, Central Audit Unit, Central Registration Unit, Central Refund Unit, STDS Cell, Central Section, Tax Recovery Office, Bureau of Investigation, Ranges, ITC Investigation Unit and other offices as existing under the West Bengal Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (West Ben. Act XXXVII of 2003) shall respectively be deemed to be the same under the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Ordinance, 2017 (West Ben. Ord. No. II of 2017) . 2.
