Amendment to Notification No. 1071-F.T. dated 21.06.2017 - 1154-F.T. - West Bengal SGSTExtract GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT REVENUE NOTIFICATION No. 1154-F.T. Dated Howrah, the 29th day of June, 2017 In pursuance of sub-rule (1) of rule 26 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor is hereby pleased to make the following amendment in the notification No. 1071 F.T., dated the 21st day of June, 2017 , published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extra Ordinary, namely:- In the said notification for clause (ii), the following shall be substituted, namely:- (ii) Electronic verification code generated through net banking login on the common portal; (iii) Electronic verification code generated on the common portal. 2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force from the 22nd day of June, 2017. By order of the Governor, RAJSEKHAR BANDYOPADHYAY, Joint Secretary to the Government of West Bengal.
