Constitution of the West Bengal Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling (State specific) - 1158-F.T. - West Bengal SGSTExtract GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT Revenue NOTIFICATION No. 1158-F.T., the 30th day of June, 2017.- In exercise of the power conferred by section 99 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Ordinance 2017 (West Ben. Ord. II of 2017) , hereinafter referred to as the said Ordinance, the Governor is pleased hereby to constitute the West Bengal Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling for Goods and Services Tax with its office in the premises of the Directorate of Commercial Taxes, West Bengal at 14, Beliaghata Road, Kolkata-700015, for hearing appeals against the advance ruling pronounced by the Advance Ruling Authority under the said Ordinance. 2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of July, 2017. By order of the Governor, RAJSEKHAR BANDYOPADHYAY, IAS Joint Secretary to the Government of West Bengal.
