Constitution of Screening Committee on Anti-profiteering for the State of Assam. - FTX.56/2017/Pt-I/053 - Assam SGSTExtract GOVERNMENT OF ASSAM ORDERS BY THE GOVERNOR FINANCE (TAXATION) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 7 th September, 2017 No. FTX.56/2017/Pt-I/53 .- In exercise of powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Rule, 2017, the Governor of Assam is pleased to constitute the Screening Committee on Anti-profiteering for the State of Assam consisting of the following officers, namely:- (1) Shri Viney Kumar Paul, Commissioner, GST, CBEC, Guwahati (2) Shri Hiranya Kumar Sarma, Joint Commissioner of State tax, Government of Assam. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of publication in Official Gazette. V. B. PYARELAL, Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Assam, Finance Department.
