Regarding Officers for the purpose of Uttarakhand GST Act,2017 and Rules - 760/2017/9(120)/XXVII(8)/2017 - Uttarakhand SGST

Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 760/2017/9(120)/XXVII(8)/2017 Dehradun :: Dated:: 22 nd September, 2017 Notification WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is necessary and expedient so to do in public interest; Now, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act no. 06 of 2017) read with section 21 of the General Clause Act, 1904 (Act no. 10 of 1904), the Governor is pleased to allow to appoint the following officers to carry out the purposes of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and rules made there under- (a) Chief Commissioner State tax; (b) Commissioner State tax; (c) Special Commissioners State tax; (d) Additional Commissioners State tax; (e) Joint Commissioners State tax; (f) Deputy Commissioners State tax; (g) Assistant Commissioners State tax; (h) State tax officer; and (i) State tax Inspector 2. The Governor is also directed that the earlier issued notification in this regard shall be deemed hereby rescind. (Radha Raturi) Principal Secretary
