Constitution of West Bengal Screening Committee on anti-profiteering - 1639-F.T. - West Bengal SGSTExtract GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT Revenue NOTIFICATION No. 1639-F.T., the 14th day of September, 2017.- In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 123 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor is pleased hereby to constitute the West Bengal Screening Committee on anti-profiteering consisting of the following officers:- (a) Smt. Smaraki Mahapatra, Commissioner of State Tax, West Bengal, and (b) Sri Partha Roy Chowdhary, Commissioner, GST, Kolkata South 2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 15th day of September, 2017. By order of the Governor, RAJSEKHAR BANDYOPADHYAY, IAS Joint Secretary to the Government of West Bengal.
