Amendment in Notification No. S.O. 2964(E), dated 05.09.2017 - S.O. 3423(E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 17th October, 2017 S.O. 3423(E). -The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zone Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Ministry of Commerce Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 2964(E), dated 05.09.2017 for Sector Specific SEZ for chemicals at Village Vilayat Vorasamni, Taluka Vagra, Distt.
