Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, the 13th October 2017 No. FA-3-23/2017-1-V-(128).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (No. 19 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in this department s notification No. F.A.-3-23-2017-l-V-(50), dated the 30th June, 2017, published in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette (Extraordinary), No. 303, dated the 30th June, 2017 , namely:- In the said notification,- (i) for the words Seventy-five lakh rupees , the words, one crore shall be substituted.
