Commissioner of State Tax Chhattisgarh, Raipur Notification No. 02/2018 State Tax Raipur Dated, 20 th January 2018 No./CGST/01/2018 (03) - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017) read with sub-rule (5) of rule 61 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, on the recommendations of the Council, the following amendment is made in the notification of this Department vide No. CGGST/01/ 2017(07) Dated 15 th September, 2017, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 5, in column (3), for the figures, letters and word 20 th January, 2018 , the figures, letters and word 22 nd January, 2018 shall be substituted.
