Howrah, the 29th day of December, 2017. No. 74/2017-State Tax In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. Act XXVIII of 2017), the Governor is pleased hereby to appoint the 1st day of February, 2018 as the date from which the provisions of serial number 2(viii) and 2(ix) of notification No. 1568-F.T. dated the 30th August, 2017, shall come into force.
