No. 24- Dated - 5th March, 2018 -- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 107 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), read with Rule 108 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, an appeal to the Appellate Authority under sub-section (1) of Section 107 of the said Act to be filed in FORM GST APL-01 electronically, may be filed manually till the system for filing of Appeal electronically is enabled.
