Government of Himachal Pradesh Excise and Taxation Department Dated: Shimla 28 th March, 2018 Notification No. 12-4/78-EXN-Tax- In exercise of the powers conferred by the rule 138 (14)(d) of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 10 of 2017), it is hereby notified that with effect from 1st April, 2018, no e-way bill shall be required for intra-state movement of goods within the state of Himachal Pradesh.
