Central Government specifies the 7 years/5 years-17.5 per cent (taxable) Secured Redeemable Non-Cumulative (VIth Series Issue) Bonds to rupees one hundred and thrity-nine crores only issued by the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited, New Delhi u/s 80L NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.540 ( E ) DATED 14-7-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( ii ) of sub-section (1) of section 80L of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies the 7 years/5 years-17.5 per cent (taxable) Secured Redeemable Non-Cumulative (VIth Series Issue) Bonds bearing serial numbers F-13281801 to F-14671800 aggregating to rupees one hundred and thrity-nine crores only issued by the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited, New Delhi, for the purpose of the said clause.
