This Notification rescinds Notification No. 125/99-customs, dated the 15th, November, 1999 15 th May, 2000 Notification No.65/2000 Customs In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 9A of or Customs Tariff Act. 1975 (51 of 1975) rend with rule 13 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and collection of Anti-dumping duty on Dumping Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules. 1995.
