Government is satisfied that it is expedient and necessary so to do in public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 96 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act no. 06 of 2017) read with rule 103 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Rule, 2017, the Governor is pleased to allow to appoint Shri Anil Singh, Joint Commissioner State Tax, Headquarter Dehradun in place of Shri Vipin Chandra, Additional Commissioner State Tax, Headquarter, Dehradun as a member of the Uttarakhand Authority for Advance Ruling for the limited Period from 07.05.2018 to 16.06.2018 . 2- The Governor also directs that the notification shall be deemed rescind itself from the date 17.06.2018.
