(Ms) NO.64 DATED: 11.06.2018 Vaigasi- 28 Thiruvalluvar Aandu, 2049 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 96 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tamil Nadu Act 19 of 2017) and in supercession of the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department Notification No.II(2)/CTR/868(b)/2017, published at page 1 in Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary, dated 20 th October, 2017, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby constitutes the Tamil Nadu Authority for Advance Ruling consisting of the following members for Advance Ruling, namely:- (i) Tmt Manasa Gangotri Kata, IRS (C CE), Joint Commissioner of GST Central Excise, Tamil Nadu Puducherry; and (ii) Thiru S.Vijay Kumar, Joint Commissioner (Enforcement), Inter-State Investigation Cell, Chennai.
