GOVERNMENT OF TAMIL NADU COMMERCIAL TAXES AND REGISTRATION (B1) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION NO.08/2018 [RC.46/2018/TAXATION/AI], DATED:31.05.2018 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-rule (14) of Rule 138 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Service Tax Rules, 2017, Commissioner of State Tax, Tamil Nadu do hereby, rescind, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission, Notification No.6/2018/Al/Taxation, dated the 28 th March, 2018 issued by the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Tamil Nadu. 2. This notification shall come into effect from 2 nd June, 2018.
