Central Government appoints the 5th July, 2018 as the date on which the provisions of Section 20 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 shall come into force - F. No. 1/1/2018 CL-I - Companies Law

Government of India Ministry of Corporate Affairs Notification New Delhi, the 5th July, 2018 S.O. 3299 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 (1 of 2018), the Central Government hereby appoints the 5th July, 2018 as the date on which the provisions of Section 20 of the said Act shall come into force.
