Commercial Tax Department Notification S.O. 206 Dated 16th July 2018 - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 96 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 12 of 2017), the notification of the Commercial Taxes Department, S.O. No. 173, dated the 21st September, 2017, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 877, dated the 21st September, 2017, is amended, namely:- In the said notification, for serial no. (i), the figure and words (i) Shri T. G. RATHOD, Joint Commissioner, Central Goods and Services Tax, CCO, CGST CX, Ranchi Zone shall be substituted.
