Government of India Ministry of Corporate Affairs Notification New Delhi, the 07 th August 2018 S.O. 3921 (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 (1 od 2018) the Central Government hereby appoints the 7 th day of August, 2018 as the date on which the provisions of section 10 of the said Act shall come into force.
