Amendment in this Department Notification No.1132-F.T. [8/2017 - State Tax (Rate)], dated the 28th June, 2017 - 1080-F.T.-22/2018-State Tax (Rate) - West Bengal SGSTExtract GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT REVENUE NOTIFICATION No. 1080-F.T. Howrah, the 6th day of August, 2018. No. 22/2018-State Tax (Rate) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. Act XXVIII of 2017), the Governor, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased hereby to make further amendment in this Department notification No.1132-F.T. [8/2017 - State Tax (Rate)], dated the 28th June, 2017, and as last amended vide this Department notification No.915-F.T., dated the 6th July, 2018, namely: Amendment In the said notification as amended, for the figures, letters and words 30th day of September, 2018 , the figures, letters and words 30th day of September, 2019 shall be substituted.
