Government of India Ministry of Corporate Affairs Notification New Delhi, the 19 th September, 2018 S.O. 4907 (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 (1 of 2018), the Central Government hereby appoints the 19 th September 2018, as the date on which the provisions of section 37 of the said Act shall come into force.
