MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 1st October, 2018 S.O. 5099(E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 132 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st October, 2018 as the date of constitution of National Financial Reporting Authority.
