No.FTX.56/2017/Pt-III/148:- In the notification No.FTX.56/2017/Pt-III/76 dated the 21 st February, 2018 of the Finance (Taxation) Department, Government of Assam, published in the Assam Gazette, Extraordinary. No. 74 dated the 23 rd February, 2018,- In Sl (A), in Schedule II-6%, at Sl (iv), after the word and punctuation mark, namely:- , following table shall be inserted, namely:- 57B 2809 Fertilizer grade phosphoric acid ; This notification shall be deemed to have come into force from 25th day of January, 2018.
