Amendments in the Commercial Taxes Department Notification Number S.O. 147, Dated 7th September, 2017. - S.O. 259 - Bihar SGSTExtract Commercial Tax Department Notification The 5th October 2018 --- S.O. 259, Date 5th October, 2018 - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (as amended from time to time), the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendments to Commercial Taxes Department Notification Number S.O. 147, Dated 7th September, 2017 (referred to as the said notification in this notification) :- Amendments 1. The figure 22.20 shall be substituted for the figure 26.00 in column (2) of Sl.No. 1 of the Table appended to the said notification. 2. The figure 15.00 shall be substituted for the figure 19.00 in column (2) of Sl.No. 2 of the Table appended to the said notification. 2.
