Appointment of Shri Jitendra Gulabrao Kandare - Notfification No. S.O. 3593(E) - Trust and Society

MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND FARMERS WELFARE (Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14th September, 2017 S.O. 3593(E).- In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 89 of the Multi-State Cooperative Societies Act, 2002 (39 of 2002) read with rule 28 of Multi-State Co-operative Societies Rules, 2002 , the Central Registrar of Cooperatives Societies hereby notifies the appointment of Shri Jitendra Gulabrao Kandare, District Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Yavatmal, Cooperation, Marketing and Textile Department, Government of Maharashtra as liquidator who was appointed as such liquidator vide order No. R-11017/34/2014-L M (Vol-IV), dated the 27th October, 2015 for the purposes of winding up of the Bhaichand Hirachand Raisoni Multi-State Cooperative Credit Society Ltd., Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
