GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT REVENUE NOTIFICATION No. 1874-F.T. Howrah, the 27th day of December, 2018. In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 123 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor is pleased hereby to make the following further amendment in this Department Notification No. 1639-F.T. dated 14.09.2017, published in Part I of the Kolkata Gazette, namely: Amendment In the said notification, for clause (b) the following clause shall be substituted (b) Sri Rajeev Gupta, Commissioner, CGST CX, Kolkata Zone. 2.
