FINANCE SECRETARIAT NOTIFICATION (02/2019) No. FD 47 CSL 2017, Bengaluru, dated: 29/01/2019 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2018 (Karnataka Act 3 of 2018), the Government of Karnataka hereby appoints the 1st day of February, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2018 (Karnataka Act 3 of 2018), except sub-section (2) of section 8, section 17, section 18, sub-section (1) of section 20 shall come into force.
