GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT REVENUE NOTIFICATION No. 172-F.T., dated the 29th day of January, 2019. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the West Bengal Taxation Laws (Amendment) Act, 2018 (West Ben. Act XXIV of 2018) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor is pleased hereby to appoint the 1st day of February, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of section 3 of the said Act, except clause (b) of sub-section (7), sub-section (16), sub-section (17) and clause (a) of sub-section (19), shall come into force.
